Creation of our first real estate investment company by Jean-Claude Pick.

1980

First operation in the United States with the development of a shopping center in Santa Monica, California.

1983

Co-development with Accor of the first Ibis hotel in England, at London Heathrow.

1986

Total renovation and elevation of 31 place de la Madeleine (75008 Paris), current headquarters of Cofinance SAS.

1988

Development of a 41-storey residential tower with rooftop pool in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan.

1992

Acquisition of the Koar airport asset at Los Angeles Airport (LAX).

2006

Opening of a shopping mall in Newburgh, New York.

2010

Launch of the Cures Marines hotel construction project, involving extensive restructuring of a historic building in Trouville-sur-Mer (14360), delivered in 2015.

2014

Acquisition and redevelopment of Cité Yves Klein, a residential complex in Montmartre (75018 Paris).

2016

More than €200 million in co-investment deals and the creation of two OPPCIs for long-term co-investment.

2017

Acquisition of a retail portfolio comprising a number of national banners (Lidl, Grand Frais, Action, Aldi, Carrefour).

2019

Delivery of FedEx's European airport hub (524.000 sq. ft.) with a 30-year lease and a 10-year extension option.

2021

Acquisition of three Paris boutique-hotels - Hôtels Toujours, Lavoisier, Saint-Grégoire.

2022

Delivery of the 143.000 sq. ft. Iconic building in Vaise (69). Current regional headquarters of Nexity, which occupies 10,000 m².

2022

Acquisition of a 4* hotel (126 keys and 101 apartments) in Toulouse.

2024

Acquisition of 3 hotels on Place Rogier in Brussels, with a total of 256 keys.
