Value can be created by redeveloping the property, re-tenanting or changing occupancy class to achieve the building’s highest and best use.

Cofinance can acquire varying asset types including office, retail, multi-family, hotel and industrial ranging from $10 – $40 million or more, under certain circumstances.

Cofinance acquires assets through partnerships with trusted investors or direct investments.
