Executive Committee
and Investment Committee.

Executive Committee is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, including monitoring the long-term strategy, controlling management performance and advising the Board of Directors. The Investment Committee is responsible for review and approval of all major investments (acquisitions) and capital decisions (financings and dispositions).
